Everyone! Everyone who attended the 2009 Lights of Lugoff Christmas parade that is. Despite cold temperatures at start time the parade was a big success with more parade floats than 2008 and a huge crowd that enjoyed the sights and sounds of this year’s parade. A good time was had by all and the judges have decided that all the parade entrants were winners and the following floats were EXTRA special:

Best Overall Non-Professional Float: Jim Matthews for Sheriff
Spirit Award: Friendship Baptist Church
Best Use of Lights: ValuePest.Com
Optimist Choice Award: Lugoff First Baptist Church
